If you need help finding a job, or if you are interested in job training, MTS is here to help you. If you would like to learn more about our job training, job placement and career guidance service, you should attend an Information Seminar.
It’s easy to find out if MTS is the right place for you. Simply sign up for an Information Seminar (online or by telephone at 212-337-5909. A registration session is held at 1 p.m. every Thursday. The session lasts about three hours. During the Information Seminar MTS staff will explain our programs and services and we will ask you to take a TABE test. TABE stands for Test of Adult Basic Education and we share the results of this short test with you, so that together we can develop a plan that will work for you.
If you are interested in any of our programs, we will immediately schedule a meeting for you with one of our Assessment Counselors. The MTS Assessment Counselor will help you determine which MTS training program is right for you and establish a training schedule and an Employment Plan to meet your needs.
