MTS works closely with AIDS organizations, health care providers, community organizations and social service agencies to find employment for their consumers. We offer a wide range of services of special interest to organizations and individuals assisting people with HIV/AIDS and other workplace disincentives:
- Seminars and presentations on benefits and employment
- Paid internships for MTS clients at supportive agencies
- Wage subsidies for MTS clients hired by other agencies
- Staff training on HIV/AIDS employment related issues
- On-site registration of clients for MTS training and job placement
Many human service agencies, community organizations and teaching institutions also use “FLEX PLUS,” the MTS temporary employment services to meet their short-term employment needs or to “try-out” a prospective employee.
