MTS clients are eager and ready to work. All our clients have completed a rigorous screening process to assess their suitability for employment and most have completed a variety of training programs to prepare them for the working world. You should also know that MTS continues to work with clients after they have been placed to insure that they are performing satisfactorily and that the employer/employee relationship is mutually beneficial. This level of support increases the likelihood that a new hire will be a long-term asset.
If you would like to consider an MTS client for an open assignment, please complete the form below. A member of our Placement Department will call you. If you are a registered MTS Employer Partner, you can review a limited selection of client credentials. You will need a password to access this information.

Use this form if…

You are interested in hiring an MTS intern for a short-term (ten to twelve week) assignment. (MTS pays all wages for Interns).
You would like to fill a full-time position under the Wage Subsidy Program (MTS pays up to 100% of wages and benefits for three months).
You would like to fill a part-time or full-time position, but are not interested in securing state subsidies (this is a Direct Placement).
